At Bliss Blossom Flowers, we are committed to ensuring that every bouquet reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. We take your satisfaction seriously and provide clear guidelines for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.

Payment Security We do not pass any debit or credit card details to third parties. All payments are processed securely, and your personal and financial information is protected.

Returns & Replacements

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all issues must be reported on the same day of delivery.

  • Exchanges for damaged items will be delivered free of charge within Dubai (including JVC).

  • Items delivered correctly and in good condition, including all fresh flowers and perishable items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before processing or dispatch.

  • Once an order has been processed or delivered, cancellations are not permitted.

Substitution Policy

  • Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Refunds

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

  • The processing time may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.
